Lily Casura is a freelance writer and editor, social media expert, and the founder of the award-winning Healing Combat Trauma, the first website devoted to combat veterans and PTSD. She graduated from Harvard University with honors. She is currently a graduate student in public policy, and conducting original, IRB-approved research into female veteran homelessness. Casura is a member of the Journalism and Women Symposium (JAWS), the Association of Health Care Journalists, the American Public Health Association, and the National Association of Social Workers.
